چکیده

The textile industries continue to introduce various products enhance their products’ quality satisfy clients. Recently Antimicrobial textiles have gained much attention and popularity in the market day-to-day life. Infestations of microorganisms allow bacteria transmit disease, odor occurs fabrics that come into close contact with skin. Furthermore, discoloration, tints, loss functional characteristics are result microbial damage. Antibacterial finished is an important area for medical hygienic applications also there enormous need non-toxic eco-friendly antimicrobial agents. synthetic biocides finish extensively reported were polyhexamethylenebiguanide (PHMB), quaternary ammonium compounds (QACs) n-halamines, metals (including metal oxides such as ZnO, TiO2, ag nanoparticles). Whereas, natural-based chitosan plant-based extracts. This paper will cover concisely, review latest research done at finishing, methods application, impact these treatments on health environment.

Machine Vision Based Inspection of Textile Fabrics

Several issues on automatic inspection of textile fabrics are discussed in this paper. To avoid the intense computation for real time inspection, we suggest a parallel pyramid hardware architecture consisting of several channels with CCD cameras in different resolutions working simultaneously. In inspection algorithms, we use a hierarchy of improved BP neural networks which demonstrate a tree s...

Overview of Flow through Textile and Fabrics

An overview of single and multiphase flows through woven and nonwoven fibrous materials is presented. A computational model for analyzing fluid flow through such media is described and sample computational results are presented. It is shown that by generating virtual geometries that resemble the microstructure of a fibrous material one can study the fluid and particle transport through such por...

Anti-crease finishing of cotton fabrics based on crosslinking of cellulose with acryloyl malic acid.

Maleic acid (MA) has been explored to replace formaldehyde-based dimethylol dihydroxy ethylene urea (DMDHEU) for cotton anti-crease finishing. However, the resilience of treated fabrics was not satisfactorily improved. In this study, acryloyl malic acid (AMA) was synthesized and applied on fabrics as a novel crosslinking agent. The results showed that both crease recovery angle and whiteness in...
